03 / Process

From the first thought to a finished website.

A clear process makes it easier to decide early. We work in defined stages and keep track of what will be built, what is still open and where your feedback is needed.

01 / Discover

Understand the goal first.

We begin with your project, audience and current situation. Together, we establish the content you need, the journeys that matter and any technical requirements.

This creates a shared foundation: scope, open questions, responsibilities and a practical sequence. Existing copy, images, brand material and references help us focus the direction.

  • Define goals and visitor journeys
  • Gather content and requirements
  • Agree scope and next steps

02 / Design

Make the direction visible.

We develop structure and visual direction together. A draft shows how content is arranged, which elements repeat and how the website adapts to different screen sizes.

Your feedback feeds into the agreed review stages. Questions about content, style and usability should be resolved here so development can build on a sound direction.

  • Develop structure and design
  • Demonstrate important interactions
  • Combine feedback and agree decisions

03 / Develop

Turn the design into a working presence.

The agreed design becomes components and pages. We connect navigation, content, forms and any integrations. Interactions are planned for real conditions, including loading, incomplete input and errors.

You can review progress in a preview. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed separately so their effort and impact remain clear.

  • Responsive implementation and working states
  • Agreed content and feature integrations
  • Preview and focused corrections

04 / Launch

Check the journeys that matter.

Before launch, we check the agreed pages and features: are links reachable, does the contact journey work, and is content understandable on smaller screens? Are copy and supplied details complete?

We agree access, operation and maintenance as part of the handover. The website launches in the chosen environment. Ongoing support or new features can then be agreed as a separate scope.

  • Check content and key functions
  • Agree hosting, access and handover
  • Launch and discuss possible next steps

The next step

The first step is a conversation.
