04 / FAQ
Good questions. Clear answers.
What you may want to know before a project: scope, content, process and what happens after launch. If your question is missing, get in touch.
01Which projects are a good fit for LARIMAR LABS?
Custom websites, distinctive digital presences and interactive interfaces. Whether you need a focused site, a larger website or a specific 3D experience depends on your content, audience and goals.
02Do I need a finished brief?
No. A short overview is enough to begin. Your goal, audience, existing content and an approximate timeline or budget are helpful. We can work through the open questions together.
03How much does a website cost?
Cost depends on the number of pages, design, features, content and integrations. A flat number would not be meaningful without these details. Once the scope is agreed, a specific proposal can be prepared. Additional requests are discussed separately.
04How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on scope, content availability and review stages. We agree a realistic sequence once the important requirements are clear. If you have a fixed deadline, mention it in your enquiry.
05Who supplies copy, images and legal details?
We agree this as part of the project. You can supply existing copy, photography and brand material; editing or new content can be included in the agreed scope. Operator and legal details need to be provided and reviewed by you for the actual operation of the website.
06Can I update content myself?
If you need content management, we plan it from the start. The editable areas and the right system depend on your workflow. Handover for the agreed features is part of that discussion.
07Will the website work on smartphones?
The design is built for different screen sizes, including important content, navigation and forms. More complex interactions are adapted for touch and reduced motion. Intended devices and browsers are agreed as part of the project.
08Does my website need 3D or lots of animation?
No. Motion is a tool, not a requirement. We use it when it supports the content or identity. A clear, fast website with a few purposeful interactions may be the right choice.
09Can an existing website be improved?
Yes. A revision can focus on structure, content, design or technology. We first look at what already works and where change is needed. Whether the existing foundation can be reused or a part needs rebuilding is discussed for your project.
10How do we start working together?
Use the contact form or email hi@larimarlabs.dev. Briefly describe your project and its important constraints. We can then discuss open questions, an appropriate scope and the next step.

Operation, maintenance and any ongoing support are agreed specifically. Depending on the project, this may include hosting, updates and new features. You will know before launch which responsibilities are yours and what additional support you want.
